It reads demand for every night on your calendar, writes a new room rate when that demand moves, and sends the rate — with the rooms left — to MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb and every other connected channel.
It never works in the dark: every rate it writes is on your rate calendar, any rate you set yourself wins, and one switch turns it off.

How does ANX Hotel AI decide a room rate?
It looks at each night on its own: how many rooms have sold, how full the night is getting, and whether it falls on a weekend or a festival. As a night fills, the rate rises; when demand is soft, it eases off. Every rate it writes is on your rate calendar.
Can I override ANX Hotel AI or switch it off?
Yes. Set a rate for any date yourself and your rate wins. You can also switch ANX Hotel AI off and on again at any time.
Does it change my rates on MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Agoda and Airbnb?
Yes. ANX Hotel AI writes the rate into your ANX rate calendar, and the ANX channel manager sends it to every connected channel within seconds — together with the rooms left, so a sold-out night closes everywhere.
Does ANX Hotel AI work for small hotels and homestays?
Yes, there is no minimum number of rooms. AI dynamic pricing is part of every annual pack, including the Starter Pack for homestays and B&Bs.
What does ANX Hotel AI cost?
It is included in every ANX annual pack — from ₹9,999/year + GST for homestays and ₹19,999/year + GST for hotels. There is no separate charge for it.
Will my rates change without me knowing?
No. Every rate ANX Hotel AI writes is on your rate calendar for you to see and change, and switching it off stops it at once.
