What is a hotel PMS?
A property management system (PMS) is the software a hotel runs its front desk on: reservations, check-in and check-out, room status, guest folios and payments, invoices and the night audit. A cloud PMS does all of this in a browser, with no server at the property.
Is ANX PMS cloud-based, and does it work on a phone?
Yes. ANX runs in any browser on a computer, tablet or phone — nothing to install, no server to maintain — and the owner dashboard is designed for phones.
Does ANX generate GST-compliant invoices?
Yes. Tax invoices carry the place of supply with its state code, the SAC code, CGST plus SGST (or UTGST in union territories without a legislature), and the amount in words, and they can be issued in a company’s name with its GSTIN.
Can I use the PMS without the channel manager?
Yes. Take bookings at the desk and on your own booking page only; switch the channel manager on when you connect OTAs. It costs ₹299 per month only while it is on.
How does ANX handle group bookings?
Create one booking for the group, pre-assign its rooms, add or remove rooms after check-in, and settle the bill together or split it room by room.
Can I export to Tally?
Yes — ANX exports Tally XML and a CSV day-book for your accountant.
How is my data protected?
Every record is scoped to its hotel at the database layer, so one hotel can never see another’s data. Staff see only what their role allows, owners and managers can have read-only logins, and backups are encrypted.
What does the PMS cost?
